Job Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth execution of financial services. The role involves managing loan processing, collections, risk control, and regulatory adherence while improving operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan processing, disbursements, and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround time.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize loan management and automation.
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, NBFC policies, and internal risk frameworks.
- Enhance customer experience by improving service quality and resolving operational issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in finance/business; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3-4 years in NBFC operations.
- Expertise: Loan processing, collections, compliance, risk management.
- Skills: Leadership, analytics, problem-solving, fraud prevention.
- Tech: Banking software, loan management systems, MS Office.
