Prodigee Finance Limited is looking for a Collection Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that debt that is owed to a company is paid as quickly as possible.

Work Location: Bhopal

Job Description:

Oversees company process of retrieving money owed to them or one of their clients.
Manage the entire collection team.
Handle complaints or difficult calls.
Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up to make sure the payments are made.
Authorized financial settlements with people who owe large debts.
Regular follow-up with the default customers and initiate the recovery process.
Coordinates with accounts, legal and operations for related functional support.
To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS reports, reviewing collection feedback on a daily, Weekly Monthly basis, etc.

Experience:

Responsible for handling front office reception & Administration duties including front office management, answering phone calls, handling company enquiries, sorting & distributing mail.
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
Maintaining courier inward/outward register & get the courier coordinate activity done smoothly.
