Pinan Chawla
Whole Time Director and Chairman
Pinan Chawla started his business career in Bhopal at the age of merely 14 years and has a total experience of more than 32 years. He first started as a small retailer of building materials and thereafter with his hard work and versatility, he currently owns a distribution business of one of the renowned global cement companies ‘Heidelberg’ in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Later, he also ventured into the real estate sector and the hospitality industry. He is also associated with other sectors like education, agriculture, and infrastructure development. Pinan is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and passionate businessman.
Amit Goel
Managing Director and CEO
Amit Goel graduated in engineering in the year 2002 from NIT, Bhopal. He started his business career in the year 2014 in organic farming. Post that, he started an education startup “Prodigee Private Limited” which is engaged in developing life and practical skills content for school-going children as well as employability skills for higher education. Before the farming and the education business, he had spent around 12 years in the corporate sector working in large organizations like Microsoft, IBM, T-Systems, etc.
Madhu Chawla
Director
Madhu Chawla has been with PFL since 2017 as a Non-Executive Director. She is a well-established and eminent entrepreneur. Her major area of interest is strategic planning in the company. She draws motivation from the fact that supporting entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses has the potential to generate employment, create ripple effects in the Indian economy, and facilitate the greater process of nation-building.
Dolly Chawla
Director
Dolly Chawla has been with the Prodigee family since 2017 as a Non-Executive Director. She has served the company in various capacities and has had wide exposure and experience in operations. She holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce and is also associated with BHR Enterprises, a partnership firm dealing in the distribution of cement for more than 10 years.
